About Jade
Jade received her B.A. in psychology from George Mason University and her M.A. in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. Jade possesses a diverse range of experiences in working with various populations and diagnoses. Although her experiences are broad, her areas of expertise lie in addictions, trauma, bipolar disorder, narcissistic personality disorder, borderline personality disorder, depression and anxiety, and crisis intervention.
Jade aims to assist clients in transforming themselves into a better version of who they are. Her objectives revolve around identifying negative behavior patterns and empowering clients with the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively manage and regulate their emotions. Jade firmly believes in the uniqueness of every individual and recognizes the importance of tailoring her approach to each client's journey. While mental health poses challenges across all aspects, Jade is dedicated to helping clients achieve their personal goals. She thrives in continuous learning, research, and guiding clients on their distinct paths toward improved mental well-being and a more fulfilling life.
