Miran Dalley

My purpose is to empower women and couples who are struggling to find joy and confidence in life.


Every day I hear from someone that they are living the life they thought they wanted but there is something missing, they are still feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stressed, fearful, and unfulfilled. You do not need to live this way. You can enjoy your life, and your family, and can feel fulfilled and content.



                                                                                My Education & Experience


I obtained a master’s degree (M.S) in Counseling: Mental & Clinical Health from Hood College.


I work with an eclectic collection of many different tools, theories, and clients. I have extensive training and experience in helping adults and teenagers navigate anxiety, stress, and relationship difficulties. I use a holistic approach assessing all aspects of the person’s life, needs, and goals.


In couples work, I bring the same theme to all members of the couple. We believe each person brings their own experiences, history, and needs into the relationship. We will help you find and honor these differences for a healthier dynamic with communication and functioning within the relationship.

                                                                            My Personal Journey


I was rocking real estate, living in a vibrant city, and living a life that should have made me happy. But I was always anxious overwhelmed, stressed, and felt like there were never enough hours in the day for me to give to every role in my life in the way I wanted and thought I needed to. When I finally found my internal voice, I began to find myself. I finally learned to listen and trust myself.


I am now aware of my gifts and my strengths, and I honor them.


 I am now grounded, safe, positive, confident, and fulfilled even when life doesn’t go perfectly. I trust me. I have helped others go through this same journey. For many it doesn’t take a major change, just a change in mindset, rerouting the brain. I can help you too.


 When I am not helping my clients, I am doing meditation, yoga, cooking, working out, spending time with family and friends or spoiling my pug (Leia). You will often hear her snoring in telehealth sessions and sometimes comes to the office with me.


I have been there. I know what it is like to be where you are, and how to help empower you to get where you want to be. I know each person does their absolute best to navigate what they need in life, so there is NEVER any judgment. Your emotions are valid. I can help you honor them and YOURSELF. I will help you feel safe enough to be able to enjoy your life again. Let me help you find your positive joy again.
