We are In-Network for:

• Blue Cross & Blue Shield

• United HC

We are self-pay only for Couples therapy services. 

​

We do our best to verify policy details, however, it is your responsibility to confirm your coverage, copays and deductible. You can do this by calling your insurance company and confirming procedural code 90837 (60 min in-office therapy session).  Any copays or deductibles are automatically charged to the card on file the evening of the session. 

 

Out of Network: 

Many insurance policies will offer full or partial reimbursement for out-of-network providers. You are responsible for the session payment and can get any eligible reimbursement back to you through the insurance company.

 

Thrizer is a third party that will check your reimbursement eligibility, file the claims and have the payments sent to you. This is no extra charge to you.  A link to check your eligibility is below.

Session costs will be billed to the credit card on file on the evening of the session, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Initial 20 minute Video Consultation: FREE

 

Individual Therapy Session (50 Mins): $125

 

Initial Couples Session with assessment (80 Mins): $152

 

Couples Therapy Session (60 Mins): $143
